Just to share some testing results.
This is a pair of 2x2GB DDR3 memory.
Rated @ 1800mhz CL8-8-8-24 @ 1.9v. (As writtened clearly on the label)
E8400 / RE-0501 / veloci150 / Corsair TX750
These are their SPD details in CPUz :
They're bascially a pair of 1333mhz sticks.
Neither EPP nor XMP binned.
So I just followed the timings on the label.
Sub-tinings were all left to default, no memset adjustments.
1800mhz 8-8-8-24 @ 1.9v dual spi31m :
Still maintaining 1.9v,
highest I did at the same settings were,
1880mhz 8-8-8-24 dual spi32m :
Up to 1900mhz was do-able but they were
not really stable.
Since they were already rated 1800mhz,
I didn't really know what to try.
Tried 1600mhz 6-6-6-18 all the way until 2.2v
They looked fine but was not stable to do any tests.
Tried 2000mhz CL8/9/10 up till 2.2v as well
but none were successful.
I guessed the part no. of Xtreem D3-2000 could be just a generic SPD dump.
Went back to 1800mhz and tried CL7.
1800mhz 7-7-7-20 @ 2.14v dual spi32m :
Thou, not so much of a benching ram,
I guess this is a pretty good pair of 4gig "gaming" memory modules specially when on Vista.
The muscle and speed is gonna come in handy once on heavy load.
Pretty flexible from 1600 to 1800, CL7 to CL8.
Priming at 1600mhz 7-7-7-18 @ 1.7v :
So whats underneath?
I guess many of you are able to tell.
Similar to Corsair 1600DHX 4gig and OCZ 1800 platinum.
I think thats about all.
Thanks to everyone reading.

I was trying at 1800mhz to test sub timings..
7-7-6-18... when i changed tras to 15 and
received an immediate error..
and my os was corrupted upon the next boot up...
Sorri... i'll try again tomorrow evening and
report back if i get any decent results.
I re-installed windows again today.
I realised ras-cas didn't like 6clks.
trp 5 was no go.
I set vdimm to 2.2v and tested increamentally.
Did around 810mhz @ 6-7-6-18, Pi was only @ 805mhz.
7-7-6 was around 855 for Pi.
(i pressed ok by accident)
That's roughly all i did.

not too bad i think
The new samsung HCF0 is a nice chip and i think they can run really high. Have you also try your high clock/cl with 1.9v or from the begin with that high voltage?
I have learn that the samsung parts also the old rev. doesnt like so many voltage!

This was my 1st time trying samsung.
I started from 1.9v, then i went to 1.65v and upwards.
I tried from 2.14v to 2.2v only when i started fiddling with the sub-timings.
